Before a VIP immersion experience, you'll be given some pre-work - a questionnaire to fill in and then some things to contemplate, journal on or work with before our time together.

The day itself might end up being two 2 x 2.5 hour sessions on two consecutive days (if we are doing this online) and no two days are the same because they are bespoke to you, your enquiry and desired outcome.

The process begins in the same way for everyone. We'll ground into the experience with an opening ceremony. We'll find your Value Filter and then with compass in hand, we will let it lead us.

Each day itself will include some talking, some meditating, some movement and somatic experiencing. It will probably include some making, some emoting, some sensing and some releasing.

The structure of the space will be set ahead of time so that the experience itself can be enquiry and transmission only. You will then get access to me for 1 month afterwards to facilitate integration.

In-person, we work from 10 - 5 for VIP days in the UK and the times for our work in Spain (nr Alicante) will depend on the specifics of the journey.
